About The Position

The Employee Engagement & Retention Specialist will proactively drive initiatives that reduce turnover, optimize talent attraction, and elevate employee quality of life. In this role, you will administer engagement surveys, conduct stay and exit interviews and oversee the development of turnover cost analyses to deliver meaningful, data-driven insights to leadership. You will partner with agency divisions to establish annual retention goals, construct clear career paths, and help managers develop and track actionable supervisory growth plans. Acting as a champion for a positive workplace culture, you will coordinate agency-wide appreciation events, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs. Additionally, you will elevate the agency's presence as an employer of choice by creating engaging content and managing employer branding across social media, job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach campaigns.
