About The Position

Highstreet Insurance & Financial Services is seeking an experienced and driven Employee Benefits Client Executive to join our growing team! This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional client service, and contributing to business growth. The Client Executive will actively manage and service an established book of employee benefits clients, oversee our Client Specialist team, and collaborate closely with Employee Benefits Producers to support new business development efforts. Requirements

  • Prior insurance or employee benefits experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current Life & Health license required (or ability to obtain within 180 days)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, high-level service
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned employee benefits clients
  • Lead and support the Client Specialist team to ensure service excellence
  • Partner with Employee Benefits Producers to support new business opportunities
  • Market and present insurance products effectively to clients and prospects
  • Ensure compliance and maintain strict client confidentiality
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and responsively with clients and internal team members
