A reputable, independent insurance agency with over three decades of experience in the business seeks a talented Employee Benefits Account Representative to join its growing team! They pride themselves on fostering a positive client experience, valuing employee well-being through flexible scheduling, and actively participating in the community!
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of employee benefits experience in a brokerage/insurance setting
- Active CA Life & Health Insurance License preferred
- BenefitPoint and Ease experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers
- Ensure policies are accurate and compliant with the agreed-upon coverage requirements.
- Assist clients with enrollment and give accurate information regarding benefits
- Handling inbound calls from clients, assisting with benefit plans, processing enrollments, etc.
- Help coordinate annual open enrollment meetings
- Utilize agency management software to document all activity
