About The Position

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This is a unique floating role, providing support across various teams as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse group accounts. This position offers a hybrid work environment after an initial in-office period and is open to candidates from any office location.

Requirements

Active Life & Health (L&H) license is required.
2-5+ years of experience in employee benefits, with a preference for candidates with self-funded benefits experience.
Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
Strong communication and client management abilities.
Willingness to work across various teams and adapt to different client needs.

Responsibilities

Manage a variety of client accounts, primarily groups ranging from 150-500 lives.
Explain employee benefits plans and address client inquiries during enrollment periods.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and documentation.
Adapt to the needs of different teams and provide support where required.
