Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Client Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the organization, providing exceptional client service and support in the management of employee benefits accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-facing environment. Requirements

  • Life and Health (L&H) license required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred, though entry-level candidates with relevant skills will also be considered
  • Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred
  • Experience with fully insured accounts is essential; familiarity with self-funded accounts for larger groups is a plus
  • Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service employee benefits accounts, including small groups (2-99 employees) and larger groups (100+ employees)
  • Handle daily responsibilities such as enrollments, client-facing interactions, and service tasks as delegated by Benefits Account Executives
  • Assist with quoting new and renewal business
  • Work with fully insured accounts and, for larger groups, some self-funded accounts
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client information and processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
