Employee Benefits Account Manager - Hybrid

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Client Manager to join a growing team. Requirements
- Life and Health (L&H) license required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred, though entry-level candidates with relevant skills will also be considered
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred
- Experience with fully insured accounts is essential; familiarity with self-funded accounts for larger groups is a plus
- Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and service employee benefits accounts, including small groups (2-99 employees) and larger groups (100+ employees)
- Handle daily responsibilities such as enrollments, client-facing interactions, and service tasks as delegated by Benefits Account Executives
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business
- Work with fully insured accounts and, for larger groups, some self-funded accounts
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client information and processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
