Employee Benefits Account Manager – Hybrid Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. Requirements

Life & Health (L&H) license required.
Minimum of 5 years in employee benefits, with at least 2-3 years as an Account Manager.
Proven expertise in managing renewals, creating benefit materials, and handling service calls.
Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel locally and nationally as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage employee benefits accounts with 50+ lives, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Oversee the renewal process, including quoting new and renewal business.
Create and deliver benefit materials and presentations tailored to client needs.
Handle service calls and provide timely resolutions to client inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
