Requirements

Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
2-4 years of relevant experience in employee benefits or a related field is preferred.
Strong generalist knowledge of employee benefits, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in AMS360 software.
Must be local and able to attend in-office meetings and training as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 group accounts, ranging from 15-50 lives, primarily level-funded and self-funded accounts.
Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
Collaborate with producers, carriers, and other team members to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Participate in occasional in-office meetings for carrier, marketing, and insured discussions.
