Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Life & Health (L&H) license required
  • Experience with middle-market groups across various industries (100+ lives)
  • Proficiency in BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems
  • Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Support team leads or account executives as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and provide solutions
  • Update and maintain client information in appropriate software systems in a timely manner
  • Conduct peer reviews for other team members to ensure quality and accuracy
