Requirements

3+ years of dedicated experience in Employee Benefits Account Management
Deep, working knowledge of all group insurance products (medical, dental, vision, and disability)
Proficiency in benefits administration systems (Ease, Employee Navigator, Health Connect) and Microsoft Office
Active Life & Health/Accident License

Responsibilities

Lead Annual Strategy: Drive the coordination and successful execution of critical annual renewal and open enrollment meetings, positioning clients for future success.
Strategic Client Partnership: Expertly manage the end-to-end carrier contract lifecycle (review, distribution, and administration), while providing proactive support across the entire account portfolio.
Cultivate Trusted Relationships: Act as a dedicated, trusted advisor to key clients, nurturing professional business relationships to ensure long-term partnership and advocacy.
Problem-Solving & Financial Stewardship: Utilize strong analytical skills to investigate and accurately resolve complex billing and invoicing challenges, safeguarding client accounts.
Influence and Advocacy: Create and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations that clearly articulate strategic recommendations and drive successful client outcomes.
