About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to the Benefits Team, which consists of a close-knit group of professionals who value honesty, collaboration, and a supportive work environment. The successful candidate will manage a book of business, provide exceptional customer service, and handle a variety of tasks related to employee benefits accounts.
Requirements
- Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in employee benefits account management.
- Proficiency in Employee Navigator and EPIC software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, tech-savviness, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a flexible, hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of level and fully insured accounts (2-100 lives), including some middle and large market groups.
- Provide end-to-end customer service, including quoting new and renewal business, building navigators, and addressing client inquiries.
- Collaborate with producers, account managers, and customer service representatives to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize Employee Navigator and EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
