This role is pivotal in managing and supporting the employee benefits accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel required during enrollment seasons. Compensation Package Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually, plus commission eligibility for any business bound from cross-sell opportunities or client referrals.
