Requirements

  • Employee benefits experience, preferably within a retail insurance brokerage environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and advise on both small and large group benefits
  • Active California Life and Health License
  • Proficiency with leading industry platforms such as Ease, Employee Navigator, and BenefitPoint
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • A strong, working knowledge of insurance markets, product offerings, complex rating systems, and critical underwriting processes

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships and deliver a positive client experience
  • Manage and cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients (small to large groups)
  • Provide comprehensive, clear support for clients during open enrollment
  • Efficiently and accurately process endorsements, proposals, and renewals
  • Manage requests for information and documentation, providing prompt and thorough responses
