Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive. This role is crucial for establishing and retaining strong client relationships, managing client service needs, and ensuring client retention. The position involves assisting Producers with prospect deliverables, including plan design strategy, financial analysis, and goal setting. The Account Executive will provide plan design and financial solutions to meet client needs for employee attraction and retention within budget constraints. This includes analyzing financial status, mitigating risks, discussing funding arrangements (fully funded, partially funded, self-funded), providing compliance consultation, analyzing risk through forecasting and claims experience, and communicating the Horton value proposition. The role also requires preparing and executing service plans, delivering stewardship reports and presentations, coordinating with team managers and service teams to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks, and coordinating internal and external resources such as legal assistance, technology, claims, and wellness. The Account Executive will attend client meetings, conduct coverage reviews, develop strategies for claims and wellness services with carriers/vendors/TPAs, and initiate/oversee the marketing process, including underwriting questions and rate negotiation. The position involves analyzing and comparing rates/alternatives, designing and overseeing the preparation of client presentations, and educating clients on compliance issues like ACA Reporting, COBRA, DOL Audits, ERISA, FMLA, and HIPAA. The goal is to meet or exceed targets for service plans, client satisfaction, book growth, and retention, while adhering to HBS procedures within Applied Epic.
