About The Position

This position is responsible for providing a full continuum of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to employees, family members, leaders and teams. This is an entry-level clinical EAP position. Possible work locations: Ogden, Murray or Provo. Essential Functions: Brief solution-focused therapy and support to individuals, couples and families. Client notes and case management according to EAP/HIPAA standards. Assist with urgent call coverage. Provide trainings, adverse event response and other EAP service needs under close supervision. Proficient in computer and technical skills.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work or Marriage & Family therapy. From an accredited institution.
  • Licensed in the appropriate mental health field
  • In the case of an Associate EAP Counselor candidate: Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC), Certified Social Worker (CSW) or Associate marriage and family therapist under the supervision of a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); actively working toward full licensure.
