About The Position

Uline is hiring for warehouse positions at its Kenosha, Wisconsin distribution center. Warehouse Associate openings are available on day, intermediate, and night shifts, with stated hourly pay ranges of $26–$32, $28–$34, and $30–$36, respectively. A separate Warehouse Management Trainee opening is available on the night shift, paying $32–$36 per hour. The trainee role provides an 18-month rotational management program covering warehouse operations and hands-on training in inbound, outbound, and backup departments. All positions are onsite. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent for Warehouse Associate positions.
Ability to frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 pounds (23–32 kg).
Ability to use warehouse equipment at heights of up to 30 feet (9 m).
Bachelor's degree for the Warehouse Management Trainee position.
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse.
Team-oriented, energetic, and self-starting, with the ability to handle multiple functions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Applicants must complete a pre-employment hair-sample drug test.

Responsibilities

Inspect and unload supplier orders in detail.
Load trailers with products for customers.
Give maximum effort every day.
Learn Uline warehouse management operations through an 18-month rotational management program.
Participate in hands-on training across warehouse equipment and inbound, outbound, and backup departments.
Develop warehouse management skills to maintain high levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in a fast-paced warehouse.
Obtain forklift and equipment certifications through warehouse job rotations.
