About The Position

As one of the final people to review the product before shipment, the Packer plays an important role in our quality control process. Cotton Images is a screen-printing, embroidery, and apparel manufacturing company located in Doral. We have over 35 years of experience producing custom apparel for brands such as Hard Rock, Carnival Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean, and the American Red Cross. Our team of more than 130 employees takes pride in the quality of our work and in supporting one another.

Requirements

• No experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States with current, valid documentation.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and remain active for most of the shift.
• Must be able to lift, move, and organize boxes as required by the position.
• Must be able to read numbers, quantities, sizes, and basic order instructions.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Review the documentation for each order, including customer information, Production Order ID, Pallet ID, number of pallets, number of boxes, and packing instructions.
• Verify garment quantities and sizes before packing.
• Count and confirm that the number of garments placed in each box matches the order instructions.
• Open, prepare, and pack boxes according to each customer's specifications.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in quantities, sizes, garments, or order information before completing the packing process.
• Ensure boxes are properly closed and ready for the next step.
• Carefully place and organize completed boxes on their assigned pallets.
• Perform a final review of the order to help ensure it is complete and correctly packed before leaving our facility.
