EMIT QA Analyst
About The Position
The EMIT QA Analyst champions quality across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), partnering with project teams to identify and resolve defects early and throughout development. The role owns QA activities for IT development and deliverables, including manual testing, automated testing, test data creation, and defect triage. On smaller projects, the analyst may also assist with requirements gathering and business analysis. The analyst brings innovative testing approaches, industry best practices, and experience using AI-driven solutions to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and product quality. The role helps modernize and shape the organization's QA strategy and testing capabilities. The project supports run-the-business activities for Client and Broker portals, ensuring application quality, performance, and compliance across healthcare payer systems and digital platforms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong healthcare payer domain expertise.
- Experience with Facets, including Business Analyst, Test Management, and Governance skills.
- SQL and data validation skills.
- Experience with test automation tools.
- Gen AI Testing experience.
- Experience with AccelQ.
Responsibilities
