About The Position

This is an entry-level position. You are invited to apply regardless of experience; on-the-job training is provided. As an Emissions Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Your responsibilities will include conducting emissions tests and analyzing emissions data. As the primary point of contact with clients, it's essential to demonstrate professionalism, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain clear and effective communication throughout all interactions. Your role will require strong attention to detail, adherence to all safety protocols, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members. Your dedication will directly support our commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management for timely tasks completion
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed (company-provided transportation)
  • Physical capability to lift up to 85 pounds, climb ladders/stairs, and work at elevated heights
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Eagerness to learn with a coachable mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21
  • Must be able to pass MVR Check, Background Check, and Drug Screening
  • Equipment operation for emission testing
  • Report generation and data management
  • Operating hand tools, such as Cordless Hand Drill and Crescent Wrenches
  • Data analysis and interpretation

  • 1+ years of experience in a related field

Responsibilities

  • Conduct emissions tests at job sites for various clients. Which includes Oil and Gas Producers, Hospitals, and Warehouse Facilities
  • Monitor and analyze emissions data to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Adhere to test procedures to ensure quality source testing
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed emissions reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure open communication
  • Stay up-to-date with environmental regulations and industry best practices
