Why Join Us | DuPont Careers Job Summary We are hiring an Emerging Technology Delivery Lead for our Digital Innovation and Emerging Technology team. In this role you will lead and manage the delivery of high-impact digital programs from ideation through launch, partnering with stakeholders to ensure products and solutions meet quality standards and are delivered on time. This role is central to driving innovation, commercial excellence and operational excellence across the enterprise, requiring a blend of technical program management, relationship management, and collaborative problem-solving. You will execute cross-functional initiatives, working closely with IT, Digital, and a broad range of business partners throughout DuPont to frame complex business challenges and develop innovative, tailored solutions. Your ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate alignment, and champion best practices will be pivotal in enabling the organization to achieve its digital transformation goals. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technology or a related technical field
7+ years' experience in analytics or program management.
3+ years leading digital programs focused on AI / ML project development and delivery with at least 2 years' experience in Agile/SCRUM methodology.
Proven success managing end-to-end digital programs in complex, global enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with technology innovation tools and platforms (cloud services, workflow automation, analytics dashboards).
Solid understanding of AI/ML systems, data governance, and regulatory landscapes.
Experience distilling complex challenges into manageable projects.
Familiarity with data management tools (data lakes, ETL pipelines, data visualization platforms).
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across IT, Digital, and business functions.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and facilitate alignment across teams.

Nice To Haves

Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency preferred.
Data and/or AI certifications preferred.
Familiarity working closely with an AI/ML Center of Excellence or similar ecosystem.
A learner mindset and interest in emerging technology.
Experience managing teams and mentoring junior team members in fast-paced operational technology environments.
Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams).
Experience with Azure ML, Power BI, or similar platforms for AI and data-driven innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional collaboration with business partners and IT teams to deliver digital solutions throughout the organization.
Oversee planning and execution of key deliverables in the technology deployment lifecycle, including product roadmap design, emerging technology evaluation and advising, and post-delivery training / change management coordination.
Engage with business partners outside of IT to effectively frame problems, gather requirements, and develop tailored solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships and driving consensus among stakeholders.
Facilitate alignment and integration across teams to ensure seamless delivery of innovative solutions.
Champion best practices in digital innovation and solution delivery, focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to ensure program success.
Track emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations.
Partner with internal Innovation, Commercial, and Operational teams to enable responsible experimentation and scaling of new solutions.
Partner effectively with external vendors, forming strong /collaborative working relationships across organizations
