Position Summary: The Change Manager & Test Governance role provides governance and oversight for the quality execution of change across Global Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (GCIBT). This includes effective identification, monitoring, remediation, and escalation of change risks in adherence to enterprise change standards. The role ensures consistent execution of testing practices, drives transparency across initiatives, and delivers measurable improvements to change and release management processes. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, line-of-business partners, and control functions to ensure compliance, operational readiness, and quality assurance. They will also play a key role in training, communication, and continuous process improvement.
