About The Position

The Emerging Tech Analyst plays a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and supporting the adoption of new and evolving technologies that enhance McCain’s AI capabilities and accelerate use-case delivery. This role focuses on researching emerging trends across AI technologies, conducting structured evaluations, supporting pilots, and translating innovative concepts into scalable, value-driven solutions within McCain’s AI ecosystem.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3–6 years of experience in technology, innovation, or digital transformation roles
Strong knowledge of emerging AI technologies, models, and agentic platforms
Experience supporting pilots, evaluations, or early-stage technology implementations
Ability to assess technical concepts and communicate them in business-friendly terms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is a plus

Responsibilities

Monitor and research emerging technologies across AI, agentic systems, and the McCain technology stack
Evaluate business impact, technical fit, risk, and readiness of new tools and models
Develop recommendations for pilots, proofs of concept, and broader adoption
Support the design and execution of technology pilots and structured experiments
Partner with AI Platform & Engineering teams to transition successful pilots into deployment pathways
Document findings, lessons learned, and reusable assessment frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI Platform & Engineering, Knowledge Engineering, and business stakeholders
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights
Identify risks related to security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI
Create and share insights, trends, and best practices across Digital Technology
