About The Position

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Emerging Talent Program is designed to provide associates with a comprehensive understanding of the Bucs organization and the various roles that drive it in the National Football League. This program offers an All Access Experience to Supercharge Your Industry Knowledge. It includes a Welcome Series for an all-hands event to introduce the organization, a Leadership Series where participants meet with Senior Executives monthly to learn about their department and career path, and a Capstone Project where each participant executes an individualized project developed throughout their program experience. Their work is presented to the senior leadership team in the final weeks of the program. This virtual informational conversation features current Buccaneers executives and is open to rising College Juniors and Seniors, giving students direct access and insights from organizational experts.

Requirements

• Be a rising College Junior or Senior.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a Welcome Series to be introduced to the organization.
• Meet with Senior Executives monthly to learn about their department and career path.
• Execute an individualized capstone project throughout the program experience.
• Present capstone project work to the senior leadership team in the final weeks of the program.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Bucs organization and its various roles.
• Obtain direct access and insights from organizational experts.
