Express Interest in the Emerging Talent Program - Virtual Information Session
About The Position
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Emerging Talent Program is designed to provide associates with a comprehensive understanding of the Bucs organization and the various roles that drive it in the National Football League. This program offers an All Access Experience to Supercharge Industry Knowledge, including a Welcome Series to introduce the organization, a monthly Leadership Series where participants meet with Senior Executives to learn about their department and career path, and a Capstone Project where each participant executes an individualized project developed throughout their program experience, which is then presented to the senior leadership team in the final weeks of the program. This virtual information session is for rising College Juniors and Seniors who want to learn about the Emerging Talent program and different parts of the business from team executives.

Responsibilities
- Participate in a virtual information session about the Emerging Talent program.
- Engage with current Buccaneers executives to gain insights into the organization.
- Develop an individualized capstone project throughout the program experience.
- Present the capstone project to the senior leadership team.
