About The Position
Wintrust is hosting its annual Emerging Talent Conference, a one-day unpaid networking and professional development event. This conference is designed for college students to learn about Wintrust's culture, various business lines, potential career paths, and program opportunities. It's an excellent chance to understand why Wintrust has been recognized as a Chicago Tribune TOP WORKPLACE for 11 consecutive years. The conference will feature presentations from business group leaders, a panel of current Wintrust professionals, banking and finance-related activities, and a networking lunch. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Resume must be submitted along with application
- Leadership, extra-curricular, or volunteering experience
