About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a full-time Emergency DVM to join our state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital. Our ideal candidate would be a team player with an interest in helping to grow the Emergency department in the Birmingham hospital. We have a very collaborative, open working environment. Full time or part time employment will be considered. Our hospital is located within a few miles of downtown Birmingham, near the Galleria in Hoover, AL. We plan to provide multiple specialty services in the new hospital and currently offer Internal Medicine and Ophthalmology. Requirements

A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.
Holding a valid state veterinary license
Self-directed, committed ongoing learner. Must be driven to continuously improve and stay up to date with industry developments and dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality.
Your decision-making skills are top-notch. You possess outstanding analytical capacity, attention to detail, and follow through.
You have a knack for multitasking and can skillfully prioritize in high volume environment.
