About The Position
BluePearl Pet Hospital in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking full-time Emergency Veterinarians to grow their emergency team and support their high-volume multispecialty hospital. As one of the area's longest-standing Specialty and Emergency hospitals, they have an established reputation for medical excellence and a team of dedicated and skilled technicians and assistants. The Sandy Springs location offers 24/7 emergency medicine, cardiology, diagnostic imaging and radiology, internal medicine, neurology/neurosurgery, oncology, radiation oncology, radiation therapy, radioiodine I-131 hyperthyroidism treatment, and surgery. They are equipped with advanced diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities including MRI, 16-slice helical CT scanner, linear accelerator, fluoroscopy, gamma camera, I-131 therapy, laparoscopic surgery, flexible and rigid endoscopy, lithotripsy, and CO2 laser. They also have a commercial diagnostic laboratory in-house with a clinical pathologist present.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
- State veterinary license.
- DEA license.
- Ability to obtain a Georgia veterinary license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
