Requirements

DVM degree (or equivalent) and eligibility for licensure in British Columbia
Emergency experience is considered an asset, but we welcome veterinarians with a strong interest in emergency medicine
Strong diagnostic, communication, and clinical decision-making skills

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency and urgent veterinary care
Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of emergency medical and surgical cases
Collaborate closely with veterinarians, RVTs, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients during emergency situations
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented culture
Participate in case discussions and ongoing professional development
