About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Richmond, VA, formerly known as Dogwood Veterinary Center, is hiring Emergency Veterinarians. Our pet hospital serves central Virginia communities such as Charlottesville, Fredericksburg and Petersburg providing specialty and emergency services. When pets need emergency care, seconds count. And if a veterinary specialist is needed, we are ready for that too. Join our experienced team of veterinarians, vet technicians and support staff who work closely together to provide the comprehensive, compassionate care that pet needs and deserve. About BluePearl, Richmond: Our 20,000-square-foot hospital underwent a full remodel of the ICU and reception entrance completed in summer 2022. The remodel of the ICU now houses a brand-new CT (64 slice). The hospital also houses an on-site MRI and a full complement of orthopedic, laparoscopic, thoracoscopy, and arthroscopic surgical equipment. Our internal medicine service with state-of-the-art endoscopy, ultrasound, and complete ancillary radiographic diagnostic capabilities.
