About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Levittown, PA is seeking a full-time Emergency (ER) Veterinarian to join our team of specialists. We are a well-established 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital serving eastern Pennsylvania and central New Jersey. Our hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art medicine, including oxygen cages, transfusion products, multiparameter monitors, new point of care ultrasound machines, a full in-house laboratory, and access to 24/7 radiologist reviews, MRI, CT, and ultrasound. We pride ourselves on a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team environment, fostering seamless interactions between services and frequent interdepartmental case discussions to provide the best patient care possible.

Requirements

DVM/VMD degree required.
Current license to practice veterinary medicine in PA.
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

Completion of a rotating internship in emergency (ER) medicine and critical care (ECC) preferred but not required.
General Practice (GP) or Humane Animal Medicine practice experience.
