About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking Emergency Veterinarians to join their team, providing medical excellence that BluePearl stands for and that pets and their families deserve. BluePearl in Fort Lauderdale serves east Fort Lauderdale and surrounding Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. The facility is an 8,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital offering services for Critical Care, Surgery, and Internal Medicine with weekly Cardiology coverage. It features advanced monitoring equipment, long-term and high-frequency ventilators, ultrasound, digital radiography, endoscopy, a 16-slice CT which includes the ability for 3D reconstruction, and a full-service on-site laboratory. Requirements

DVM/VMD degree required.
Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

Completion of a rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care preferred but not required.
