About The Position

Buffalo Veterinary Group is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian for its Green Acres Veterinary Center location in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls Area. This role is responsible for providing exceptional emergency veterinary services, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment for diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries in animals. The veterinarian will work within a collaborative network of hospitals, benefiting from shared expertise and patient continuity. The practice group is a private, family-owned entity with 10 hospitals, offering a wide range of services including advanced surgery, oncology, neurology, and rehabilitation. The Green Acres facility is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools such as MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, endoscopy, and echocardiography.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of New York
• Experience in diagnosing and treating illnesses in animals
