About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join our team in Wyomissing, PA. This role is part of BluePearl’s Greater Philadelphia Network, which includes six multi-specialty and emergency hospitals and one emergency-only hospital dedicated to high-quality, compassionate patient care in a collaborative environment. The Wyomissing hospital is conveniently located near Penn State Berks, W Shore Bypass, Berkshire Mall, and Warren St Bypass. As an Emergency Veterinarian, you will excel in a dynamic environment, delivering expert care to critically ill or injured pets. You will embrace our commitment to innovation by utilizing cutting-edge diagnostic tools and performing life-saving procedures. This role involves contributing to a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team of specialists to make a real impact on the lives of pets and their owners. Requirements

  • DVM/VMD degree required.
  • Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of a rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
