Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- One (1) year of nursing experience in an acute care facility, upon hire
- Registered Nurse: AZ, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months

Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive, safe, effective, evidence-based nursing care for adult patients in the mobile stroke program and acute care settings.
- Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities to balance clinical needs with patient comfort.
- Demonstrates ethical practice and assumes accountability for decisions, actions, and outcomes.
- Serves as a patient advocate, delivering holistic, culturally sensitive care aligned with values, beliefs, and customs.
- Recognizes, assesses, and responds promptly to changes in patient condition within established timeframes.
- Communicates effectively (e.g., SBAR), performs thorough handoffs, collaborates across disciplines, and follows the chain of command.
