Emergency Services Non-Driver (4402)
About The Position
This position is a Seasonal/On Call Position under the supervision of the Emergency Services Manager. The Employee is responsible for the safe loading and delivery of fuel to CalFire or fire/weather related job sites. Completes procedures for the safe handling of bulk fuel products. Unloads tanker trucks in a safe manner. Fueling of emergency vehicles. Processes all paperwork for receiving and delivering orders for bulk products. Moves bulk product in a manner that protects integrity. Accounts for inventory of bulk fuel products daily. Maintains cleanliness of truck & trailer to InterState Oil's standards. Maintains an assigned schedule. Follows all company safety and job procedures. Works well with other employees and shares workload appropriately. Extended on-site stays. 24/7 on call availability. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Requires basic math, reading and writing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and co-workers.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Clean Driver's License/record.
