About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The selected candidate will work exclusively in the ER Critical Access setting, ensuring efficient and competent management of emergency medical situations.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in an emergency room or critical care setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Respond to emergencies and provide lifesaving measures as necessary.
- Monitor patient status and adjust care plans based on individual needs.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
