About The Position

We are seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses to join our high-acuity Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED). This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical judgment, rapid triage skills, and the ability to care for patients across all ages and acuity levels. Requirements

• 1+ year of recent acute care ER RN experience required
• Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact (must obtain FL license before start)
• BLS – prior to start
• ACLS & PALS – within 90 days of hire
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – within 90 days of hire

• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients with a full spectrum of emergency needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, diagnostic teams, and support staff
• Provide discharge education and ensure appropriate follow-up referrals
• Maintain strict adherence to safety guidelines and hospital standards
