This role requires advanced clinical judgment, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care and optimal outcomes in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of recent acute care Emergency Room RN experience, with experience within the last year
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program required
- Active Florida RN license required or valid compact license with Florida licensure obtained within 90 days of hire
- Basic Life Support BLS or BCLS certification required within 30 days of hire
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work rotating weekends and mixed shifts

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Responsibilities
