About The Position
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) – Free Standing ED (FSED) | Flexible Shifts Location: Tallahassee, FL 32303 Schedule: Flexible Shifts | Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case) Why Join Us? Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent acute care ER RN experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required
- Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license (or ability to obtain before start)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – prior to start
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – within 90 days of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – within 90 days of hire
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – within 90 days of hire
Responsibilities
- Triage, assess, and treat patients across all age groups in an emergency care environment
- Develop and execute individualized care plans to support optimal outcomes
- Prioritize and manage multiple emergency cases efficiently
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff for coordinated patient care
- Provide patient education and post-care instructions, including necessary referrals
