About The Position

Founded in 1948, BMSCAT has a long-standing reputation in the industry. We are seeking high-energy, high-performing individuals to join our team and maintain our industry leadership. The Emergency Response Coordinator (E.R.C.) is a critical role, being the first point of contact when a fire or flood occurs. This position involves securing the property, overseeing cleaning and drying, content restoration, and managing rebuilds. The E.R.C. will connect with property owners (homeowners, facilities managers, or management company representatives) to secure business for BMSCAT's restoration services. Success in this role requires the ability to empathize with clients during a traumatic event and guide them through the restoration process, establishing trust and partnership.

Requirements

High energy and the drive to go the extra mile.
At least one year of outside sales and cold calling experience.
Ability to counsel property owners through the trauma of a fire or flood.
Ability to close the sale right then.
Willingness to respond 24/7.

Preferred background in insurance (adjusting and/or producing).
