About The Position
Responsive recruiter Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC Restoration) Be the First Person People Trust After Disaster Strikes. At Paul Davis Restoration, we help property owners rebuild after fire, water, storm, and other catastrophic losses. We're looking for a driven, confident professional who can walk into a difficult situation, build trust quickly, and help people make the right decision when they need help most. This is not a desk job. This is a field-based business development role for someone who thrives on human interaction, problem-solving, and creating opportunities where others see chaos. What You'll Do When a property experiences a fire, flood, or other disaster, you will often be among the first professionals on-site. Your role is to: Meet property owners during a time of crisis Build immediate trust and credibility Explain the restoration process with confidence and clarity Help clients understand their options Earn their business and secure restoration contracts Coordinate with first responders, adjusters, and community partners Represent the Paul Davis Restoration brand in the community You are the bridge between a customer in need and the team that will restore their property. Requirements
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to respond to emergencies, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
