About The Position
Northside Radiology Associates has immediate openings for full-time General Radiologists to provide evening emergency radiology coverage for Northside Hospital and surrounding communities in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a remote position with a flexible schedule tailored to the candidate’s preferences, with coverage opportunities between 3:00 PM and 2:00 AM. Shifts typically range from 7 to 9 hours. The practice does not provide Level I trauma coverage, offering a more predictable practice environment. Scheduling may be arranged to support work-life balance or maximize earning potential, based on the candidate’s preferred workload. The salary range is $400,000–$1,000,000, with additional compensation available with partnership. Compensation depends on the number, length, and frequency of shifts worked. Internal moonlighting opportunities are available, and the role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Northside Radiology Associates has been the exclusive provider of radiological services at Northside Hospital since 1970. It is a multispecialty practice of 72 radiologists serving three large hospitals and more than 70 imaging centers, with subspecialties including orthopedics, oncology, interventional radiology, and neuroradiology.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree.
- Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Board certification by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology, or board certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Provide general diagnostic radiology services for Northside Hospital and surrounding communities.
- Provide evening coverage during agreed-upon shifts between 3:00 PM and 2:00 AM.
