The Emergency Preparedness Supervisor is responsible to the Site Support Director for the management of onsite emergency preparedness activities. This role also involves coordinating these activities with Licensee, Federal, State, and local response organizations through coordination with the Emergency Planning Supervisor. The position requires implementing strategies, making principled, data-based practical decisions, managing financial performance to contain costs, shaping employee and stakeholder opinions, resolving conflicts, and supporting employee development.
