About The Position

Responsible for the development and maintenance of Emergency Operations documentation including, but not limited to, Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Disaster Recovery Plans, Cyber Response Plans. Responsibilities include coordinating teams and meetings of Phoebe leaders to ensure documentation is created and reviewed as defined by policy. Other duties will be associated with assisting with Phoebe and community drills related to emergency management. Research of industry standards.

Requirements

2-year / Associate Degree (Required)

Nice To Haves

4-year / Bachelor's Degree
Project management experience
Plan Design
COOP and Emergency Management experience
National Incident Management System (NIMS) experience

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Emergency Operations documentation (COOP, BIA, Disaster Recovery Plans, Cyber Response Plans).
Coordinate teams and meetings of Phoebe leaders for documentation creation and review.
Assist with Phoebe and community drills related to emergency management.
Research industry standards.
Adhere to hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines.
Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission, and vision of the organization.
Perform other duties as required and complete all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures.
Maintain current knowledge in present areas of responsibility (i.e., self-education, attends ongoing educational programs).
Attend staff meetings and complete mandatory in-services and requirements and competency evaluations on time.
For non-clinical areas, attend training and demonstrate the usage of age-specific customer service skills.
