About The Position
Boston Medical Center - Brighton (BMC-Brighton) in Brighton, MA, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Physician with excellent clinical acumen and strong interpersonal skills. Boston Medical Center - Brighton is a 267-bed academic community teaching hospital affiliated with the Tufts Medical School. Our department is staffed by a dedicated group of board certified Emergency Medicine physicians, residents and physician assistants. Residents in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, Surgery and Psychiatry rotate in the ED. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a collegial group of EM physicians in the desirable Boston neighborhood of Brighton.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
- Excellent clinical acumen.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and flu, and receive a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
- Must complete a background check.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an academic community teaching hospital setting.
- Familiarity with integrated EMR, order entry, and patient tracking systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care.
- Work in a state-of-the-art Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with a team of physicians, residents, and physician assistants.
- Participate in a Rapid Triage and Evaluation program.
