About The Position
We are actively seeking Residency-Trained Emergency Medicine Physicians (ABEM) as well as Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians with current Emergency Room experience. This is a long-term, high-paying opportunity in a well-supported emergency care setting focused on lower-acuity cases. The role involves managing adult patients with emergency cases, with high-acuity cases being stabilized and transferred. The charting system used is CPRS, and there are no call requirements.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) OR Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with current ER experience.
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (any state accepted).
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- DEA registration.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Current CV in month/year format.
- All active state licenses.
- Copy of Medical Degree.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility documentation.
- NPI number.
- Full background disclosure, including terminations, suspended or restricted privileges, student loan or tax defaults, and NPDB reports.
Responsibilities
- Manage emergency cases for adult patients.
- Stabilize high-acuity cases for transfer to higher-level facilities.
- Utilize the CPRS charting system.
