About The Position
We are seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine physician or a Family/Internal Medicine physician with Emergency Medicine experience to join a growing, physician-led multi-hospital health system. This is a full-time employment opportunity in a community hospital Emergency Department that includes dedicated psychiatric capacity. The role offers strong advanced practice provider support and reliable backup resources. The hospital is approximately 200 beds with a mid-sized Emergency Department, including a locked psychiatric unit. The team consists of physicians and advanced practice providers. There is 24-hour hospitalist and radiology coverage, telestroke support, and on-site cardiac catheterization capabilities. A full range of specialty services are available on site with rapid transfer access to a Level 1 trauma center. This is an employment model with hospital privileges.
Requirements
- BE/BC in Emergency Medicine or Family/Internal Medicine with solid EM experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care in a community hospital Emergency Department.
