About The Position
Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls and delivers high quality patient care and customer service within the prescribed scope of practice, established protocols and company policies.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Past work experience in healthcare preferred.
- Emergency Medical Technician training and certification as required by state to which assigned
- Cardiac Life Support for healthcare professional certification (CPR)
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Driving record in compliance with company safety and driving record standards
- Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) Provider Certification (must obtain within 6 months of employment).
- Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, vocabulary, and word usage.
- Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
