About The Position
Lynx EMS is a private ambulance service with multiple locations across Ohio and Indiana, offering Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Wheelchair service, and Mental Health Car services. They provide emergent and non-emergent services to various facilities and offer behavioral health transports. Lynx is expanding its operations into the Sellersburg region and is seeking exceptional candidates for open positions. NewVista Behavioral Health, the parent company, is a development and operating company of behavioral health hospitals, substance abuse rehabilitation centers, behavioral health providers, transport operators, and outpatient telehealth solutions, with a mission to inspire hope and deliver holistic care.
Requirements
- Must be a certified EMT in Indiana or able to obtain reciprocity to apply.
- State of Indiana EMT Certificate
Responsibilities
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining all licenses as required by the state and the company.
- Maintaining current valid Driver’s License.
- Daily ambulance inspection to ensure vehicle is ready to go at start of shift, as well as ensuring unit is ready for the next crew at the end of your shift.
- Responding to all calls dispatched in a routine and timely manner.
- Providing top notch patient care for our patients.
- Demonstrate ability to work well with people, both internally and with external customers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned or as required to provide amazing customer service.
