About The Position
Ambulatory Anesthesia Care (AAC) Midwest is seeking an energetic, motivated, and patient-focused Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our growing team. This full-time role supports our clinical providers by assisting with pre- and post-operative patient care at our office-based surgical partners, with a primary focus on a growing pediatric dental practice.
Requirements
- Current EMT certification or Medical Assistant certification
- Current BLS certification
- Energetic, personable, and customer-service oriented
- Reliable, responsible, and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environment
- A true team player who is eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without limitations
Responsibilities
- Escorting patients to procedure rooms and assisting with positioning on procedure tables
- Applying and removing patient monitors and leads
- Transporting patients safely between procedure and recovery areas
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow and comfort
