About The Position

Requirements

Valid EMT certification from an accredited program.
Strong knowledge of physiology and basic life support techniques.
Proficiency in triage processes and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks, including lifting patients and equipment as needed.
Commitment to providing compassionate care while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Nice To Haves

Experience in an emergency room (ER) setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide immediate medical assistance to patients.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions, including taking vital signs and performing physical examinations.
Administer basic life support and triage patients based on their medical needs.
Utilize durable medical equipment (DME) effectively during patient transport and treatment.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and communicate findings to receiving medical personnel.
Stay current with emergency medical protocols and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
